Shipping policy

Once an order has been placed, your items will be dispatched in no later than 3 working days.

All items will be posted via Royal Mail First Class, which in most cases arrives next day (according to Royal Mail this service aims to deliver within 1-2 days). This service is marked as 'Free' as all shipping costs are factored in to the item price.

Proof of postage will be retained, however please note that this service is not tracked. I cannot accept responsibility for lost items once Royal Mail has taken over the handling of goods. 

All efforts will be made to ensure orders are packaged in a way that avoids damage to the items, however if your item does arrive damaged please do let me know as soon as possible so that I can raise this with Royal Mail.
